Osak Roberta Dr

There is no question that Dr. Osak is a lovely woman and one who I trusted with my medical care until last year when she got a new secretary who was far from compassionate or professional. I had what ended up being a serious medical concern and the secretary let it be known that my concerns re: follow up (during a time that the doctor was on vacation) were annoying and that I was "over-exaggerating" telling me "just because cancer was in my family didn't mean it would happen to" me. Appalling!

DR. Osak is very pleasant doctor. She is very straight forward. The office staff is very pleasant and polite.
