Stephen and his lovely assistant were always respectful and courteous and made us welcome. Every effort was made to select the best hearing aids for my husband, and, the best is what we came away with. We feel we can always come into the office with any questions and will always be treated like we matter, even though the business of the hearing aids is done for now. Adjustments, device problems and battery needs will always be handled by this office and we wouldn't go anywhere else!
