BEWARE of POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and INCOMPLETE WORK
The company came to do an estimate to level an existing basement floor to be able to put down vinyl tile. A small (8-10sq.ft) area was missed.
When I contacted Michael he told me that this had not been discussed?? during the estimate and would charge $250 to come & complete the job. At present I am unable to proceed with the vinyl floor as an area is NOT level. No responded to an email 3 weeks ago to discuss the matter.
