Horrible service. Stay away. Completely unreliable. Called dispatch service to locate where my very late taxi was, they were extremely rude and unhelpful. And then they wonder why Uber is taking over. Either step up your service or step down.

Almost the same thing as Tika123 happened to my GF. She called back after waiting and they said it would take another 20 minutes. Then she called back again (after 20 minutes) and was informed that the taxi was dispatched to the wrong place and it would take another 20 minutes! I mean...c'mon!

Very unreliable. I called for a taxi and they said they would be at my house in 20 minutes but then they call me 20 minutes later and tell me their taxi does not come to my area and to call another taxi service.
