Do not live at 4150 saint jeans
Have been living their with my girl friend for 6 months now the place is filthy not well looked after. Finally we decide to move we find someone new to take over the lease so that timber creek will have no disruption in rental fees. What do they do they give us a 250$ administrative fee to pay if you want to leave the apartment you have to pay for the right to leave its disgusting and low on there part trying to squeeze every last dollar out of someone because they realize how horrible it is.
