Nous avions un probleme de fourmis charpentiere. Jason est venu assez rapidement et nous as expliquer quil faudrais plusieurs traitements. Les techniciens qui sont venus par la suite on pris le temp de bien nous expliquer la situation et les progres. Le probleme as pris du temp mais il sest regler precisement tel que expliquer. Belle compagnie. Gens fiable et honnete.

Doing business with Granby-Tech Extermination was very frustrating from a communication point of view. Jason was to call in advance of each visit, but did not. We got conflicting reports about whether or not there was continuing pest activity. He asked to meet with us on his final visit. We arranged our weekend and our day in order to make ourselves available. He did not show up for the appointment and did not call to let us know he would not be there. I also think his services are overpriced.
