Company was hire to remove two walls, remove bathtub, put ceramic shower base and put ceramic on first floor of the house.
The floors are uneven, I keep tripping in certain areas
Shower base uneven, puddles build after every shower
Floor makes cracking noise due to lack of cement placed
Disrespectful, unprofessional, messy
I found the owner to be cocky and unprofessional.
Seems like he scheduled 2 appointments at the same time, and hurried the job.
