Infini Coaching

Infini Coaching is a professional coaching firm designed to assist clients from the corporate world. Business coaching is the specialty of the founder, Sandra Tremblay. “I help business people achieve their goals while helping them achieve inner freedom and putting it into action,” explains the business coach. “These people want to give new meaning to their careers, balance their lives and find an inner personal flexibility.”

In 2013, Sandra completed more than 1,000 hours of training in coaching. The International Coaching Federation, the organization that sets the standards for the industry, approved these courses. She began these studies when she decided to change careers after working in communications within several large companies. “Where I worked, people would come to me for help and ask for my advice on various topics,” says Sandra. “It was already a form of coaching and I realized that I had natural abilities. My colleagues were buying me coffee in the morning to spend five minutes with me!”

Because of her experience in the corporate world, she was able to develop her abilities to offer different perspectives and understand the social component of business. That is why Sandra specialized in counselling business people. “There are a variety of situations where businesses seek my services,” she explains. “I am asked to help people resolve conflicts, develop new skills, redirect employees after layoffs, improve leadership for new leaders, and work on many other issues.”
