Sarah has a magical touch with my old Mister whiskers and the deed is done in just seconds. I have a feral kitten who is just over a year old now and she was able to calmly and with slow movements , slip his nails !! he will not usually let anyone near him. Stephanie definitely has a lot of experience and care for the kitties. I would recommend her service with no hesitation.
