Linspecteur nest pas venu à la journée cédule, javais pris congé du travail pour être présente lors de linspection. Jai attendu toute la journée, jai telephoner on ma dit quel inspecteur allait être la dans les prochaines minutes et il nest jamais venu. Je rappel le lendemain et on me dit quil est impossible de me redonner un rendez vous pour instant que je dois rappeler plus tard. Très mauvais services, je suis extrêmement déçu. Je ne recommande pas du tout.

The inspector was courteous, a gentleman and arrived exactly on time, the whole process took about 20 mins and access to view the Autovin assessment was online before lunch! Very polite very professional, Mazda is very wise to have commissioned Autovin for their unbiased vehicle inspections!

Always something wrong!! They always find something somewhere and tell the same thing to every customer at every inspection, This is gonna cost you $$ but if you buy another car at the same dealer they will not charge you for this repair!!! Yeah! Another Gimmicky thing! Thats the car business, a real mess!!!

Beyond Terrible service. End of lease inspection went well but company could not deliver the report. After several calls and being placed on hold for half hour they still could not produce my report. Terrible service, customer service and overall horrible experience.
