Noise at all hour...
Noise at all hours of the night, trains biffing and banging at 1 am, 2am, 4am.... No concern for neighbours. What is illegal in other countries this company can do all night...,and I'm sick and tired of it! As I write, it is 1:30am and the decibel level of banging cars is deafening despite all windows closed.
