    Service déplorable

    La première fois, on a essayé de me refiler la mauvaise liste de matériel requis pour un programme de l'ITHQ que j'identifiais correctement. C'est en insistant que j'ai réussi à avoir les bons instruments. La deuxième, j'ai appelé pour savoir s'ils avaient un item particulier sur la liste de l'ITHQ encore. Ils m'ont dit oui, mais ce n'était pas vrai. Un conseil: faites affaire avec la jeune femme blonde, c'est la seule qui donne de bonnes informations et avec un sourire en plus.
