Notre-Boeuf-de-Grâce welcomes you to their dining room. They are conveniently reachable by public transit but also by bicycle and are situated in a surrounding packed with stores and parks.
Notre-Boeuf-De-Grâce opened in NDG in April 2015 and has quickly become a community focal point in the neighbourhood. The popular burger place is the brainchild of serial entrepreneur Jonathan Dresner. After dabbling in restaurant franchising, Jonathan decided to open a restaurant that reflected his values — a place to have fun, work with people who have a positive energy, and become a part of the local community.
Before getting into the restaurant business, Jonathan was captain of the Concordia Stingers basketball team. The leadership skills he learned from sports have shaped his approach and philosophy when it comes to business. “When choosing who to work with, we focus on whether we’re a good fit. If people are passionate, easy to get along with, and team players, we can train them,” says Jonathan.
Jonathan brought in two operating partners: Yana and Estefania. “We complement each other,” says Jonathan. “We each have our specific roles, and we work really well together. So, it’s not like work.”
