Self-proclaimed tea maniac Mohamed Bdeir has been sharing his tea obsession with Montreal ever since he took possession of the Orienthé Tea Lounge. Mohamed has been drinking tea for as long as he can remember and since opening his tea lounge has been travelling the globe in search of the finest teas.

At Orienthé, you can enjoy infusions from regions in China, Japan, India, Thailand, Kenya, and South Africa. Just walking in the door is a voyage in itself when you take off your shoes and put on a pair of slippers provided in the entrance. The decor offers a dynamic fusion of Asian and Middle Eastern flavours, with deep reds, oranges and yellows. Buddha heads smile knowingly from their perches in the wall and the low ambient light provides an ultra-chill vibe.
