Pub West Shefford

David Legault and Maxime Rousseau head up Pub West Shefford, whose reputation — thanks to the quality of its hopped products, and the friendly and lively atmosphere — is spreading quickly throughout the Plateau neighbourhood.

Local regulars remember with fondness the Edgar Bar, which, for 14 years, was located where Pub West Shefford now stands. They welcomed the new pub with open arms – especially David, who was a bartender at Edgar for 10 years! David says it felt right to return here: "The Plateau old timers, we know each other, they know me," he says. "They already feel at home, even though it's a new bar."
