Barmi's great! She'll do exactly what you ask of her. I was a bit hesitant to get my hair cut while waiting in her chair, and she did not pressure me at all, she even said, "It's your hair." I really admire that! Just be sure to bring cash :) I did not come prepared and wasn't able to tip her, and she was super gracious about it. Please support her!
