Une étoile, cest déjà de trop. Notre toit est installé en 2019. Nous avons téléphoné depuis le début de lété pour dautres arrêts de neige. Aucune réponse. Nous avons perdu totalement confiance en cette compagnie.

Franchement aucun engagement respecte, date du contrat: 21 mars 2019, arrrets de neige manquent, Ils ne repondent pas au tel.... conclusion mauvais service.

Eco Marco Roofing give us this guaranty letter, signed by Mr.Gordon Falia, after doing our metal roof for$18,500.00.After 4 years, the roof was licking so badly, it destroyed our ceiling in the house.Noe his telling us, his guaranty is invalid!!!!

Buyers beware!! Post-service is terrible!!, FORGET about any post-repairs, even they promised to fix a leak in the roof and still waiting for that, it has passed more one year. Gordon never return the call backs, you call the main number and it gets transfer to a call center, they only thing they do is to grab your info and that someone will call you. I had called them every week and they said the same. UPDATE Eco Marco sent the roofers and it seems the leak is fixed. Changing the rate to three

Aucun service après-vente. Ma toiture a été mal posée. J’ai payé très chère et la toiture a des infiltrations. Ils ne viennent pas réparer, filtrent mes appels et lorsque je laisse un message pour me rappeler, ils l’ignorent. J’en reviens pas du peu de considération de cette compagnie.
