Some staff are very rude. Simon, could be the owner, was screaming at us and the kids when he was telling how to pick apple. My kids of 7 and 4 years old kept asking me why he was screaming at us, why can't he just explained nicely. He also screamed very rudely pointing fingers at my autistic nephew that if he doesn't listen, he can leave the place that we aren't welcome there. We will never go back there. The entire family traumatized. He ruined the entire excitement for my kids
The place became very expensive, very limited apple choices ( in plastic bags for $14 they sell, people only allowed to pickup the cheapest apples that the same quantity in the stores you can get for $5-$6. We picked up few yellow apples in our bag, the security right away took our bag that we paid $14 for, requested $5 more for few apples that were in the bag right on the spot. We agreed to pay an extra $5 but asked him to wait for few minutes because the money were in the car, he refused to wait, said had no time, did not give back our $14 bag and said he doen't want to see us anymore in his "Jude Pomme" place.
