Class Act

Stayed for 2 nights this past weekend. Service is great. Everyone very polite. More coffee in your room? Sure. Problems with fridge-fixed. Most importantly... after I called to tell them that the money they held on my credit card had not been released 3 days later, they very very promplty called Visa and got me my money back. Within 20min of my phone call to the hotel $ was back in my account. This saved me a lot of grief! For this reason, I had to write a review on thier fantastic customer service- Thank you very much!!
