I called Marcel Laperriere Inc on the morning of Monday January 8th 2018.I originally left a message with their call center and was assured to get a call back promptly. Mr Laperriere called me and assured me that he would look at my issue shortly. He came in within 45 minutes of my initial call with his son. They fixed my issue , 3 words to describe their service, Efficient, professional and very prompt service. It was my first time dealing with them and I will recommend them !

Honest and prompt service

I called for a estimate on a potential leak in shower plumbing, but after 15 minutes of thorough investigation, the plumber indicated that my problem was more likely cracks in tiling rather than plumbing. He came the afternoon we called and did not charge me for the 20 minutes he spent at the house investigating the problem. He also gave me multiple solution options. I would not hesitate to call them again when I have a "real" plumbing problem.
