Had this service for a year and finally canceled it. Was paying 56 bucks a month for terrible or no service. The secretary was absolutely horrible!!! Waited 6 months to get it looked at and that’s with constant nagging. Absolutely no offer to give me a break on the price. Or free since I couldn’t use it. Horrible horrible service. DO NOT RECOMEND!!!! Save your money. It took me a week to download ONE movie!

I get internet access in short installments. Have to reboot the system several times a day and have days where I get no access. Been waiting 6 months for a service call.
