Do not get your home appraised here, the agents have no knowledge of the real estate market! I paid $450 for an appraisal , the agent spent 8 minutes in my house, didn't measure anything, and yet somehow came up with a ridiculous number. When I questioned how they got this number they wouldn't return my phone calls. Poor quality of service!
