I was struggling to figure out how to repair a latch on my window which was fairly new (‘97) when I was directed to Mayfair Glass and they did not disappoint! They knew exactly what I needed and helped to show me how to repair it myself. Very pleased with this business!

They did a good job at making our screens. BUT they ask you to take your own measurements, and if you get them wrong you have to pay full price to fix the problem. We measured the window, took photos of our measurements and showed them in person. When our screen was 3/4" too large we took it back to be cut down and were very DISSAPOINTED to find out we would have to pay full price for the mistake to be resolved. This company should either take the measurements themselves as they are the professionals at this business, or only charge the $5 parts for the mistake of their customers. We will not return and do not suggest this business unless you are CERTAIN you know what you're doing.
