Pets don't have to stay all day. Morning drop off's usually go home by 1pm, depending on the breed, and noon drop off's go home by 5pm. We always call when they are ready to go. Terrible service. The woman operating this business is judgemental and rude. Because she didn't do the things on her report card i ended up at the vet the next week with a $250 bill. Definitely won't ho back!
I have been going to TLC for the last 3 years with my Shih Tzu "Blossom" for her grooming needs. Wilna and Dieone are amazing with her and treat her with such great care.
Our dog had a bad experience at our last groomers, and had some severe anxiety about even getting his nails trimmed. We were so lucky to find Wilna!
Before I brought Charlie in the first time I called to fill her in on situation, and she said she would work with him and get him comfortable again. We can now drop him off without a single worry, and he looks amazing every time we pick him up.

Been taking my Lab there since she was a pup four years ago, Wilna and her staff are gentle and caring, my Libby knows she is at the groomers as soon as we turn in and gets excited to go in.
