MPS Copy Center(Pro Image Printing)

I own a business and on numerous occasions I have had these guys print cheques, print envelopes, estimate forms, receipt books, etc... And I have never had an issue everything was turned around on time as promised and they are competitive cost wise.

Print job was streaky. Owner said the image I sent had streaks, which was a flat out lie. I provided the exact image to another printing company 2 days later, and the printing job was fantastic, and contained zero streaks. Pro Image should have provided me with a refund (as I requested), considering their print job was unusable, but they would not. Will never do business with them again. Hands down the WORST customer service I have ever received.
