We have two large, friendly, but energetic dogs. The owner was able to manage them very effectively, and they came home from their "vacation" tired, happy, and looking great. I can say without question this is the best kennel we have ever used - it is modern, clean, comfortable, and, above all, the owner ensures the dogs get plenty of attention and exercise during their stay. The process for drop off and pick up is very organized and seamless. We will utilize the excellent services of "It's a Dog's Life" over and over again!!!!

Great clean and modern kennel. Owner was very reliable and available to answer questions. Was very good about setting up pick up and drop off times that worked for us. Large play area and owner also takes well behaved dogs on group leash walks on property. Very highly recommend this kennel and will use again.

The worst service...

The worst service ever! The owner will shoot your dog with a water gun if she doesn't like how your dog behaves with other dogs and neglects telling the dog owner of additional charges she feels are necessary, even when there are previous discussions about the dog prior to pick up. Also, if your dog pulls on a leash while they walk, don't bother even considering this kennel service because the owner of the kennel will complain and tell you your dog is awful and ruins everything for other dogs and will refuse to allow your dog back. Not worth anyone's time.
