Ginko was the first Japanese restaurant my boyfriend took me to before we started dating. I was quite skeptical upon first glance, since they're located by the airport and inside a hotel. Once inside and seated in a comfortable booth, and eating, my opinion of this establishment quickly changed.
Not only does this restaurant make you feel like you've literally stepped into Tokyo (as evidenced by the traditional booths, decor and Japanese waitresses serving you in Yukatas), the food will surpass your expectations. My boyfriend was in charge of ordering, and he ordered us assorted sushi and sashimi on a boat. We were met with excellent service, and I must say--the quality of the fish and dining experience will have us be returning again soon.

Been to many teriyakis in the past, but this one in particular steals the crown. Their customer service is amazing, their portions sizes are definitely filling and worth the money spent, healthy and worth the 4-5 minute wait while they cook it up. Absolutely would recommend this place to everyone, and definitely will be back!

For all you can eat Ginza can't be beat. The staff is super friendly and the service is quick and attentive. The food is great and I would totally recommend it for all you can eat sashimi, sushi, and teppanyaki. I've been to various all you can eat Japanese Restaurants in Vaughan and Ginza is by far my favorite.

Picture a really good Mandarin. AYCE with great taste and prices. Yes the service is slow but the place is clean and nice. The food is top notch for ayce. I dare you to find better Thai and Sushi for this price. Lunch is $15 and dinner is $25. Something for everyone and please try the deep fried cheesecake, so good. My fav place for the last year. Went for lunch at Sushi Ginza due to the great ratings on here. I am glad I went. The place was not busy at all and my friend and I got a table quickly. I had the sashimi salad lunch special and my friend had the Sushi Roll lunch special. Each special came with tempera chips, 2 pieces of calamari, 2 pieces of salmon type roll, a potato croquette, and fruits. I also ordered the torpedo roll (smoke salmon, tempera shrimp, tataki tuna) which is really delicious name maybe right. The sashimi salad was really yummy. Big portion all around. They don't cheap out on anything. The total was around $34. A pretty good deal for all the food we had. Love this oriental food

This restaurant is all about great value. The lunch combos with the rolls, salad, soup and dumplings or spring rolls is a fantastic deal. The sushi is decent, but the cooked food is horrible. Never buy any of that. The staff are not polite, but they aren't rude either. I don't mind that, and they are fast. This is a good place for some cheap sushi.
