Called about my cat (Acer) urinary issue, they booked him in the next day (closest availability), Noticed he couldn’t go in the litter box. I called back an hour later and explained his symptoms became worse. They told me to bring him in immediately and they’ll try to fit him in between appointments. I rushed over 10 min away and they were ready the moment I walked in. They said it was caught early enough and fixed him up in a few hours. (No surgery) Saved me $$ and my pet. Amazing staff. Our wee yorkie "T.J." started a terrible cough and was having trouble breathing.. Unfortunately our family vet was in surgery and not available on this particular day?. We called 4 other veterinary clinics in the area and all of them said "sorry, no appts available" we couldn't believe that even being an extreme emergency (difficulty breathing) we were being turned away!
