A party of 3 international travellers were seated at one of the many small quaint tables. The decor resembled that of both Thai and Indian, as did the menus. There were 2 other small parties seated but did not disrupt our experience.
Service was immediate and very polite. Beverages were served first and promptly. The wait between entrees and the main course was a little longer than common.
The food was edible but not as refined as I would have liked. Tandoori chicken was a little too burnt. Green Curry seemed watery and lacked substance. Chicken masala did not have as much flavor as most. The garlic naan was delicious, moist and crispy. Mango Lassis were perfect. Saffron rice was light and fluffy.
This place paid close attention to details with respect to the presentation of the food, prompt service, ambiance and environment. This raised my overall score.

Easily the best quality chicken and especially beef for shawarmas in the city. Unlike other places that have to fry the meat to make it tasty, they cut it directly and well cooked from the spit. The garlic sauce is also not thick. The lowest calorie and most delicious shawarmas I've ever had.

To be honest, I don't think I have anything really negative to say about this restaurant. We visited for lunch on a Sunday, and were the first people in the restaurant. As a party of seven, we were seated at an assembled table right by the bar near the front of the restaurant.
From what I can recall, we ordered the Manchurian Chicken, Chili Chicken (dry), mixed vegetables, butter chicken, and chicken chow mein - looking back, yes that was a lot of chicken - and it was all rather delicious.

Hands down the BEST Indian joint I have tried... butter chicken was jam packed full of flaviour and had the perfect amount of spice and spices (not Americanized at all). This tiny place is right across from the Reverb on Queen. It's open late and great for after-bar food... I did give service a nine only because the line is usually out the door! Hot, Yummy falafel (or donair i think if you like). Just a warning though, this place is TINY and the menu is not that big from what I remember. If there were other categories like atmosphere and stuff I'd have to rate this place poorly. It's pretty much takeout only.
Always good though!!! If you're hungry and near queen and bathurst give it a try :)

Passed by a few times and wanted to do take out. Decided to give it a go with the girlfriend. All I can say is WOW. Was recommended Marinated Lamb chops which was served on a sizzling plate, we both devoured it. The shrimp biryani was also great along with the Chicken Boona was very flavorful and a spicy kick . To finish of with their delicious signature Kulfi which was a great end to the meal along with the Masala Tea, Tea took time to prepare but was well worth the wait, The staff were very friendly and courteous overall nice ambience.
