When you are planning to purchase any equipment / tools from them, make sure they are able to provide you with parts in the future. I purchased DYNABRADE Electric Dynisher Finishing Tool Grinder and they are not able to get abrasive belts for this machine. They visited my shop to provide me with a clear coat and when they see what am I doing for living, they offer me that grinder machine - I did NOT ask for it!! So, I spent close to $600.00 and now I own beautiful grinder with no belts!
I am the purchaser/manager and would like to respond to this poor review. Customer service is a top priority in our company and I would like to identify the problem and correct it.
