Our Chef Katsuyuki Sekihata is a three star Michelin chef. Chef Sekihata's philosophy lies in the core principles of freshness, presentation and authenticity. He insists on using only ingredients he selects personally, nothing frozen, nothing imitation.
His platters bring to mind a vibrant landscape, with a stunning variety of colors and textures, yet some how making sashimi and tempura look perfectly at home next to a spaghetti carbonara.
