    This companmight be ok when you purchase, maybe even on the install. God help you if you need any service after! They rarely return your calls, if they do and make an appointment with you they won't show up! They have made 9 different appointments to come to my home to fix the fireplace and have not shown up to one of them. for 9 months this has been going on. If I could afford to replace this fireplace myself I would so I wouldn't have to deal with them anymore.

    They installed the fireplaces in my new home. They are of the lowest quality I've ever seen and the flames were very low in one and went out on their own on the other fireplace. Out of thirteen different appointments over six months they only made it to two. They never phoned back or apologized. The actual owner came out for one of the appointments but is just as distrepectful and unreliable as his workers. Do not waste your time or money on this business!
