Terrible service, the call center says one thing and the this location Ellwood said something totally different to me. Very disappointed as I made a reservation to find out the next day my reservation has been refused. Save your money and please take your business else where.

Poor customer service!!

1. They weren't sending me invoices - just charging me credit card. This got me nervous because I was unsure from what date to what date I was being charged. Usually an invoice would clarify the unknowns. 2. I called in and it seemed like the janitor answered. I asked to speak with a manager and he claimed to be the manager. I proceeded to ask about my invoices and then he said he wasn't a manager and doesn't deal with invoices. Starting the get sketchy... why would he claim to be a manager?
