Poor right from the start, we were more then patient with them and still poor customer . Kids really wanted to ski so We waited it out for the night and was delt with attitude, so by the time we left we were very frustrated. Let them know how we felt and no reply. We thought this would be a great place for our family and friends since we live in the area. A simple apology would have been nice. We gave them more then enough time to respond. So sad had to turn out this way. :(
