Excellent service! Great place and great staff, I had a very good and easy experience at the north gate branch of yours, and it would have not been that great without the help of one of your workers who's name was Walid, he did a pretty fine job and I was happy with it! All this and it was my first visit but definitely not my last one, just when I come back to Canada!
Glasses are more than a device to improve your vision. They can be a fashion statement or an expression of your individuality. Unfortunately, most eyeglasses are not cheap, costing hundreds of dollars, especially if you want designer frames or have a prescription that requires specialty lenses. Fortunately, though, you can find prescription eyeglasses at a Total Focus at reasonable prices.I wouldn't go anywhere else in the city.
I have walked past this store a few times. When it was time to purchase a new pair of glasses, I wandered in. What a great selection of frames to choose from! They are all beautifully displayed. Asides from the frames selection, the staff (I spoke to Abdu and Gladys) were extremely helpful in helping me select a frame to best suit my face. I did not feel that they were pressurizing me to make a purchase. I enjoyed their honesty in selecting a frame and enjoyed my overall experience here!
Fantastic and quick service! Couldn't ask for better service considering I am on disability and do not have the most expensive pair of frames. I was treated like any other customer for some repair work right away at no cost. Thanks again!

Great place in general but one person that worked there was very rude and very unprofessional,her name was Nada or something like that I asked if she could explain the promotions going on for the two for one and she said ummmmm I already explained it to you ..you don't remember or something VERY UNPROFFECIONAL!! I was a regular customer at total focus but dealt with Amina (very sweet girl) and Gladis (another great lady) but after dealing with Nada definitely not going back again not very happy!
