Alan and Belinda Lorenz started Rec-Tech Power Products in 1999. Alan started the buisness out of his father's shop on the farm near Frenchman's Butte, Saskatchewan with the hope of earning some extra income.Soon due to space limitations, they needed to construct a larger shop of their own. Once the shop was finished, they hired more staff and started to sell parts and accesories along with the service.
