We needed to get our 2 single doors replaced. We received 3 quotes including Pat and he came out as the best choice economically (by a large margin). I was concerned about the headroom issues in the old 1960 Garage, he explained everything that could be done very clearly and detailed what he was going to do prior to commencing work. The job came out great, very happy with both the product and the install quality. No surprises when the invoice came in either. Hard working and honest company.
I contacted Pat at Mynt Garage and Shop to look at our broken garage door and give us an estimate on a new door and installation. Pat came the very next day and took the time to explain what was wrong with my current door and my replacement options and costs. I had two previous quotes and was surprised how fair priced he was. The door looks and works fantastic we are very pleased and will recommend Pat to all our family and friends.
Wouldn't provide me an invoice after calling several times for it. They recommend I only replace one spring saying the other was in good shape. Six months later the other spring went and another company came informing me that the incorrect spring was installed. So replaced both springs and everything is working the way it should now. Poor customer service, uneducated technician and a waste of your time and money.

Hi Doug, I would very much like to know who your service technician was and when this service call was? We only have one tech that does service for our company and he would never do a single spring change on a double door unless a customer absolutely insisted and even then we would strongly encourage them to reconsider. We also don't have any record of you in our system and all of our invoices are digitally generated and kept on file. Please give more details so we can get to the bottom of this.
