They made me for wait for almost an hour just to let me know that they pick up another passenger and that they arent sure when is the next available cab!!! ?????????
Be Aware! I Took this taxi company and the fare at the end was $16, I went to give my credit card to the driver and he said cash was preferred. I gave the driver a $20 bill and I asked for 2 dollars back, the driver said he did not have change. I have never been in taxi that does not carry change to give back it's customers especially if they prefer cash. I will NEVER use this taxi service as in the end I felt ripped off.
Used this for airport service. Cab showed up late. It was a van, not clean, noisy ride, cold and just sown right uncomfortable. The driver was not familiar with the airport, overshot our departure gate by a long shot and wasn't aware of the company's airport rate. Used my credit card to only get a call two days later that I had to redo the transaction. Very unlikely I will use this company again.
I ordered the cab the evening before and the dispatcher was excellent. The driver showed up the next morning, a few minutes early, in a pristine car; she was very pleasant and personable. The ride was enjoyable and less expensive than their competitors. I would highly recommend this newer cab company to anyone!!
