The Enjoy Centre is home to multiple shops that carry goodies perfect for picnics, including Evoolution, Amaranth Whole Foods Market, Wild Earth Bakery, Liquid Harvest and Hillaby’s Tools for Cooks. After picking up your utensils at Hillaby’s, gather fresh bread at the bakery and gourmet olive oil and balsamic vinegar at Evoolution to dip it in. Then, stop by Liquid Harvest for a bottle of rosé. Finally, check out Amaranth Whole Foods Market for your meats, cheeses, desserts and anything else you might have forgotten to pack for your picnic.
If you’re looking for an all-around relaxing time where you’ll learn some new gardening skills, enjoy light refreshments and leave with your own hand-made creation, check out Hole’s. Create your own terrarium (all supplies included), learn to arrange fresh blooms like a pro, and learn the art of
European “twist” bouquets. Book your own private workshops for parties and corporate events.
Located at the Enjoy Centre in St. Albert, this new show graces us with handmade Canadian goods in November, just in time for the holidays. Brought to you from the same organizers as the Butterdome shows, Indie Handmade bills itself as “a juried artisan marketplace” where you’ll find gourmet treats, paper goods, hand-screened apparel and more.
