Luv Nail Studio Highstreet Shopping Centre

I was shopping around Highstreet and decided to get my nails done at Luv Nails it was the worst experience ive had at a Nail Salon the color I chose was no where near the color I ended up getting on my nails and they all ended up breaking off within 2 weeks and the shape was completely wrong

I had a great job done with French tips...one nail started to lift...I went at 10 when they opened..the girl said "what do you want me to do" seriously? How about repair it ??.I was first in line of walk ins without appointments....do you think they would take me first? No they took the new clients first..a repair of their work doesn't come first?..I was put in last...thanks guys...won't be coming back...such a slap in the face...once you get your nails done girls you are second rate..!!

Just waited 35 minutes in cold water for a pedicure. If you don't have time just tell me so rather than making me wait. Very disrespectful.

Awful job on my acrylic full set and it cost $55. A couple of nails had uneven edges, one had a bubble, and all of them yellowed within a week (I do not smoke). When I went to get them filled at another nail salon, they were so horrified with the set that Luv gave me that they took them off entirely and started again rather than filling them.

My first time at High Street location was so bad experience, never go there again, after waiting over 40 min, got my mani/pedi came to $80.00 and its not a nice job!! The girl who does the job was drunk, she smell of alcohol and I wasn't too please and have report this matter to management at High Street Mall. I recommend not to go there...
