This is the second time I have registered my opinion of the excellent services I received from Carl Brewer Marker Services. Yellow Pages does not seem to be as efficient as I think they should be. When I phoned Carls number the phone was answered by a real person who was gracious and informative, and the entire transaction was repeated in that vein, mostly by email, my preferred method of communication. It was a complicated transaction, but was always conducted patiently and helpfully.
Carl was beyond helpful in guiding me through a process I was completely lost in. From the very first phone call where he provided a wealth of information to every single step of the process. From design, layout, font, colour, you name it....Carl was there. He promptly answered a TON of emails from me helping me every single step of the way with so much patience, kindness and understanding. I cannot thank you enough Carl. I contacted Carl in October to have a grave marker made for my mother. Brewer Marker Services had looked after doing a beautiful marker for my father after he passed away so I knew that Carl would do a great job on the marker for mom. After discussing with Carl what we wanted, he responded quickly with examples and costs..
