EXCEPTIONAL "white glove" customer service, awesome selection and rock-bottom prices. Couldn't ask for more. Owner and staff go above and beyond every time. This is my go-to place for affordable fun play-based activities for my 2 year old and 5 year old.

Very poor custome...

Very poor customer service. I had purchased water bottles 2 days ago and discovered they were defective. Of course I had disposed of the receipt and the manager would not exchange them. I asked him to mark them defective and return to his supplier but he refused. Definitely will not go to this store again and will make sure no one I know does either.
