I ordered some 1/4 inch glass over the phone and waited a week before calling to see if it was ready. He had forgotten it. When I got there I made forgot to put my mask on. I went to get it and the owner said you dont need it here. I put it on anyway. He was in the shop smoking cigarettes and the whole place stunk of smoke. When I pulled out a card to pay he told me he doesnt take any cards.
Our supplier at the time did not complete the job, as set up by Proline Glass.
Proline Glass did locate the missing window again from supplier. Once Proline Glass located the window. The project was completed in full. Customer was also told to call us at our home phone number if any issues came up from the supplier not fafilling the completion of the job. We have not had this happen in the history of Proline Glass Ltd. We have way more happy customers on our list & this problem again was not as a result of poor business practise, but a bad supplier not doing what they said they were going to do. But after a bit of unfortunate time delays for this customer, every one is happy again
