Joining the ILKB family is certainly one of the best decisions I have made this year!! The staff are super motivating and bring energy and fun to every class...shout out to my awesome instructors!! The workouts are challenging but in the best way!! I always look forward to the next one, especially after seeing the results that i have achieved over the last 3 months...I highly recommend!!
Jean and her team are great. Supper approachable and friendly. They have great tips and techniques and are often correcting people's techniques. That's what you need when you're in a class.
