We specialize in providing emergency care for men, women and children who are seeking shelter from a violent home or are otherwise disadvantaged. I assume the people running such a society would be educated in the field of social work, yet they are unable to deal with people that are anything but happy and sunshine and roses. The very foundation of their work is such that the people they come in contact with are stressed. If you have a problem and cannot paste a smile on it do not expect any help from that quarter.
