Use extreme caution if you have to use these guys.They book a handful of appointments at a time in the 100 Mile House region and still charge each client the full 75$ travel cost.Then they lie and say that they made wasted trips to your home and no one answers so they charge extra trip costs.Once we were able to prove that was not the truth,they removed the extra travel costs.However,then our appraisal conveniently came in $15,000 less than the towns property assessment.Bank said this is absurd.
