Used this company 5 times now on my trip to Kelowna. The drivers were always on time, polite and 1 even care to find me when I was at the wrong sort of my hotel on a Friday night! After having been cancelled on by another cab company last minute for a pre arranged pickup - I’m very happy. Will continue to use them in the future. Highly recommend!
I had a cab driver named Murray on Friday night and he was the loveliest man ever! It was the best cab ride I have ever taken; despite some traffic because of an accident Murray got us to our destination safety and quickly. Murray was the kindest person I have ever encountered and by the way that he was talking it sounded like he absolutely loved his job! Thank you for making my night so good.
I was really disappointed by my last experience after calling on this company for several years. I only mentioned on the way to hospital for procedure how high the rates are now. The female cab driver took offense and kept going on about how she didn't rip me off when I wasn't even going there with that. She wouldn't let it go even to the door & made my experience very stressful. I won't call them again. Too bad she cared more about her experience than mine prior to a KGH procedure for me.
