The worst customer service experience of my life. They forgot to put the transmission plug back in my truck and when they transmission seized they would not do any thing about it. They would not even contact me after leaving numerous messages. This is the worst run company I have ever seen. Do your self a favor and drive as far away from this train wreck of a business. Their own warranty does not mean anything to this unprofessional and impersonal company.
Just had a complete oil lube and filter. Hopefully they changed the oil and filter haven’t checked yet but greasing all my nips on the joint. That was a no not one was done I even told them I have 18 grease nipples and they must be done as I drive lots. I just was driving home and had ball joints fail. Stuck in 100 mile house now getting ball joints replace no grease in either of the ball joints. From now on I’m watching or doing the grease nipples myself. What a joke. Not even a one star
After being pressured at other places on things the car "needs", I am super pleased with my switch to Great Canadian on Central. They are always super friendly and chatty, while working efficiently and when I have my dog they always give a treat and give him attention which is great when you are sitting in a car with a dog and can't get out. Workers have never tried to pressure me into buying anything other than what I asked for, but always make sure I am aware. Very professional, Great service!
