    We wanted to get ...

    We wanted to get rid of the chlorine smell and hardness of our city Water. Down East Clean Water, (Ron Carrier) put in a Hague system. After 9 months of use, we can attest that the system installed has done exactly this and we are extremely pleased with the results. No more deposits on the taps/kettle etc. Over the phone support to fine tuning backwash settings was Provided. Great support provided by Ron, clean quality install and we would do business with him again.

    We contacted Down East Clean Water (Ron Carrier) when we were having some issues with our whole house RO. Ron was very professional and came over to verify the issues in a prompt manner. Once the issues were discovered, Ron worked diligently to resolve the problems for us. He is very knowledgeable and will go the extra mile for the customer (staying late and weekends).
