Oh! My! Goodness!

I MUST start by saying that I had NO idea that food of this quality was available in my little ol' home town. Simply... one of the best meals I have ever had, anywhere. I'm sorry, but I'm not lying, it was FANTASTIC! Our party of 6 consisted of me, my wife, my sister and her "significant other" and a first cousin (very sophisticated pallette) and his sig/oth. For appetizers we ordered the Tempura Calamari and the Spinach & Artichoke Dip. Our waitress assured us it would be the best calamari we would ever eat, to which my brother-in-law responded, half-sarcastically "Wow! You can see the future!" Our waitress batted not an eye and said "Yes. I can see the future, and you will never have better calamari". She was correct. I have had lots of calamari, but this appetizer with the sweet chili sauce was fantastic! You could eat this as a main course and not feel cheated! Tender, tasty, perfectly seasoned... words fail me. The spinach and artichoke dip, of which I was initially apprehensive, was delicious. The nan chips were the perfect accompaniement. For the main course, I ordered the Beef Vindaloo; my wife ordered the Proscuttio-wrapped Chicken Breast, and my other companions ordered various stir-fries. Although my wife allowed that the chicken was slightly overdone (only VERY slightly), that was the ONLY negative to the entire meal. My cousin (who is— incidentally— used to the best, being a multi-millionaire— no kidding!— and I bet he doesn't remember me in his will...) was favorably impressed with his chicken stir-fry and also agreed that the calamari was the best he'd ever had. The atmosphere, service, food, everything was, as far as I'm concerned, perfect. This is not an inexpensive restaurant, but your money is well-spent, apparently no matter what you order. Come. Eat. Enjoy! Fantastic!
